Hi all, this young lad bought this car in December last year, everything was fine, in February this year, got this fault from nowhere, mechanic told him to buy new pretensions, no good, told him to buy new module, on the way, any ideas why this would happen, he's inspected the car for water ingress, assures me it's dry some pics for now, I'll have some more info later on, cheers

It will be much better if you post error codes then some one can say next step.
with this picture can be a lot of things.
If he change airbag unit he must adapt to car.

Yeah, more information on the way, he's got New bags and belts in the post, I thought I'd have a look at the car before he bought new parts but he's already made the purchase and he lives far away, what is needed to code/adapt a new/second hand airbag module to the car ? I will post more info when I get it, cheers.

I got to scan the car today and here's the faults that are stored, he has replaced the buckle's and belts but faults won't go away, strange thing is, if he unplugs the pretensioners the faults go away but fault still remains on the dash, could it be a faulty airbag module ?
