I use for read nec cheapest solution ftdi modul for arduino working perfect with soft from first post and you no need com port in your comp

I tried two times with the same effect , the same files maybe problem is with radio because this is SKODA OCTAVIA LOW or because eeprom was soldered before, maybe is corrupt
