Audi A3 broken cluster/replace cluster - ClaudiuM - 19-03-2019

Hello guys. I have a 2007 Audi a3 with 8P0920982Q white IC which is dead and need to replace it. Replacement is 8P0920982M. In the past car had suffered water damage and engine ECU was replaced and IMMO OFF so i cannot get IMMO data from it with FVDI. When i connect to cluster is telling me to connect via programmer. I have managed to read the EEPROM of original cluster via programmer but i need the FLASH as well to load into FVDI. I have FVDI, VCDS, VCP, ODIS and TL866 programmer. How can i set this cluster on the bench to try and fix it? Can i retrieve the IMMO data from the EEPROM i have read with my TL866 programmer? I was thinking if i can retrieve the IMMO data from broken cluster then i can read the eeprom of new one and put it in Service mode so i can write the immo data in it. can i write the eeprom from original into the new one and make it work, or this will brick the new cluster? can EEPROM be moved from one to other? What do u guys think?
