After payment and after you provide the renolink.txt file you will receive by PM a one time download link with your LїСёи5ё5s along with official installer.
Make sure you put after install you change speed of your interface to 1000000 or it will not be detected by the program.
On current version 2.14 there is no need for computer ID anymore because program now is циLoскёd from it.
Computer ID was needed only between 1.80->1.84 versions.
