I tried in a notebook with Windows 7 and using Internet Explorer 11 and also Microsoft Edge old for windows 7.
I noticed you are using a cloud-based QNAP server and it may be blocking access. If possible, send it to Mega, I think it will work.

It's weird... I open IMMO DOCTOR 2.1 - RB.exe and the application closes itself after 1-2 seconds without any error.
