VW Phaeton 2008 Kessy (I NEED EXPERT) - the_nexux - 19-04-2023
Hello EveryOne!
I need replace the kessy module on phaeton 2008 car and bought the new second hand module but my tools don't read correct the pin from new unit. I tried write old kessy data to new but not success (i think the kessy eeprom secured by mcu not able to swap). The original kessy module has destroyed by another mechanican and water not able to read but i have original 93c86 dump of the car. Need VW kessy expert for do this job i can pay your time.
The another mechanican tried to change this parts the car works for 10km distance and when died tried again to repair but not success (the original working kessy destroyed mcu + eeprom died not able to use)
The ELV is original.
I attach the original dump and new unit dump.

The best way to do this in your case is online by ODIS. A lot of people now provide online service and remote programming.
Dont try to swap dumps because cars after 2008 have cripto data. It posible to read by VVDI Prog but you canot swap dump or write data.

Orig dump corrupted
No problem to adapt used Kessy if
1) There is something to read the dumps in the ECU engine
2) Not one idiot not do immo off in the ECU engine
3) There is something to read the key (FVDI, VVDI, Tango, Zed Bull, etc.)
