He either is trying to fix a "half-splashscreen" bootloop issue on a korean device and doesn't have Setconfig to convert it before updating with European firmware. Or he is asking for solution to convert to Europe which i think he doesn't even know that it is not that easy.

After conversion to EU, stop working camera, bluetooth and gps.
