can someone help me to deactivate the DPF in Denso SH7059 from Nissan Navara?

Do I have to reset the dpf first? My device doesn't do it well (Bosch an Delphi)

the off solution work don´t work...all Lamps off and in the first moment drive the Navara good with no problems
But after a few miles, i have emergency run and the DTC P0478 Exhaust Gas Ventil
does anyone have another solution
