mib2 firmware "5QA035824A"
first time doing it! the radio only shows the logo! I will try to fix it! installed PuTTY_(32bit)_v0.79, I have CH341S! I see that I connect to rx, tx and gnd and the device is connected to the car! instructions please! looked, that I need a firemwer that I write on SD and put in the first slot! I can't tell which one on the label! please help

Your firmware is MST2_EU_SE_ZR_P0359T and the latest for your unit is MST2_EU_SE_ZR_P0369T.
Your MMI sounds bricked (you haven't shared any background how it got in that state) if it stops on the Seat logo...so flashing the firmware from USB won't work.
Instead you'll probably need someone to help you recover via Putty (the fix varies from case to case, so no generic tutorial will help you)

If it just happened out of the nowhere,most likely emmc has died.
So will need hardware repair.
