BMW MSV70 pad SW during flashing - LMartin - 14-03-2024

Hi, I need help with one BMW 630i 2006 MSV70 3.0i 190kw
The customer wanted to turn off the DTC callers before EK, that he could "Do it" later...
Of course it failed - the software crashed while writing the OBD2 KT200II, the original backup didn't work anymore, also writing at 93% gave an error and that's it.
So I took the MSV70 route to the table to read the BDM (of course I now know that I should have done it first) to look on the Internet for the original backup of the BDM. I just don't know what exactly to look for, I searched by the numbers on the HW MSV70. After two days of work, he discovered that this ECU had probably been replaced in the past. The number on the ECU is 7567178, and according to the VIN number WBAEH31050B704033, it should be 1214 7577968.
So now I'm at the stage of BDM from the Internet - rewriting ISN in CAS 2 - synchronization DME-CAS launch x431, ISTA-D and my car still won't start, the starter spins. One mistake is the 2AA8 variable intake system in the DME (which was also there originally)

Why you not just first flash it with ista to ori?? I bricked msd81.2 with foxflash and flashed org with launch(it download sw self from net) and make ecu alive.

I only have ISTA-D and I could not play it through WINKFP. I flashed it but Launch x431 pad 7. Still the same...

Please, don't you know that when downloading software from the net, it selects it according to the VIN number?

Your micro in bdm read is ok(same like org read by obd), eeprom i think too is ok, i prepare flash from org read to bdm format.. Write your orginal bdm micro, eeprom and flash was i attached. Rewrite cas to ori and try. If not work try synchro, if not work too flash it with launch. After one of the steps it must work
And if you make ecu alive, read one more time only flash in bdm, use fixwave to dtcs and lsuite to checksum, then write it in bdm..

Thank you, I'll try your flash, does it also have cs? Or should I use the KT200II BDM?

Unfortunately, it still doesn't work. I'm starting to think that it was a coincidence and the problem will be somewhere else... I've already tried everything.
