The VIN you have posted is from a VW Golf..
But judging from the interior, this is a pretty recent generation with a MIB2(Q) unit with a small screen - of course they came with a reverse or 360 camera support as option.
How much you would need to add and code/flash to make it possible is another question.

Hello,
it is possible. There are kits (orginal and not) you can buy. I retrofit on my car one (non original), but i also integrated carplay with an extra modul.

Can be done with OEM parts, without replacing existing ecus
There are kits available online with oem parts and cableset..
Coding can be done with ODIS-E or other soft
