Solution (thanks to Manhbuiduc - you can thank him too in post #5):

Delete or move the PassThru file in the folder: C:\MUTSW_SE\MUT3_SE\PassThru

When starting MUT 3 there will no longer be a login window.
Use the driver, select your device, then use it.
