I assume this is MHS2 system. You need to activate Navigation option. For that you'll need VCDS and enable these options:

   

else, you need to patch software which will also add FEC (function enable code). Activator will also activate Android Auto/CarPlay, but it will work only with standard USB port. In case it's charge only, it won't work.
