audi asn me7.1.1

- selected OBD drive based on engine specs: couldn't connect
- selected OBD me7.1.1 driver: connected, full read, failed at 3% writng and ecu got "bricked" (crank no start, fan spinning, ...)

ecu didn't get totally bricked - I could bring it back on bench using boot mode by writing the OBD read (and canceled replacement ecu order  )

Bricked❌ one Smart E6T4X ECU, read was incomplete, writing also wrong. SM2 with PCMFlash recovered it.

the encryption card died in my 2024 device and the Driver button didn't get enabled as a result

replacing the the board solved the issue and now both sw and hw is a 2026 version

Need Info about upgrade kt200 v2 2024 online to 2026 with board change...i did it all as video show...but after starting program, when it show the screen with button : START KT200 II nothing happen...the program want start...i uninstalled SW, reboot pc, installed SW, driver ok...but nothing, same story.

at this point i did reverse operation with original board, i downgraded to 2024 and with SW 2024 start normally and work

what i did wrong? experience?

i dont know how but i did two times the upgrade and installed kt200 on win10 64bit and it worked
