As regards for the knock at high rpm it could sort itself out unless it its running lean.

the ecu will adjust ignition timing automatically after a few reads of knock and if your lucky it will adjust it enough so that the knocking stops best bet is to take it for easy run a few miles take it high rpm a couple of times but not too high/redline then check and see if knock reads have decreased / gone.

check info for your ecu should have knock retard auto adjust I know my v6 ecu does

Yer i can see the knock control kicking in mate going over my data i think my maf might be failing as the flow is dropping off as im coming on to full boost drop from 400 to around 230kgs, im going to give it a clean and see if that cures the problem.

Yeah that's sounds worth a try see if it makes any difference
what size maf inlet are you using?

and also make sure that battery is in top notch condition m8 so that the maf can use burn off properly when you turn ignition off that helps keep it cleaner

Its 70mm mate, im wanting 80mm one anyway need to find the maps for it first, il make sure shes running right before tuning, also want some bigger injectors.

Yeah make sure it runs sweet first

get some vxr injectors or have a look at FIC (FUEL INJECTION CLINIC) injectors they do them in various cc,s and high or low impedance

and yeah 80mm would be better
