When native ISTA launcher starts from the task scheduler after a reboot - It will prompt that the ISTA installation has a problem and ask whether I want to do a repair. If I ignore it (click cancel) and try to do an update - it will work and successfully update. ISTA would work 100%.

When I disable ISTA launcher from task scheduler and launch it manually - no error prompts after reboot. And it will also works perfectly including updating to the next version etc.

Anyone have any ideas why ISTA Launcher launched from task scheduler would have such a problem ?

I never try ISTA Launcher launched from task scheduler and don't know.

My ISTA Launcher disabled, and manually launched from C:\Program Files (x86)\BMW\ISPI\TRIC\ISTALauncher for update, never have any issues.
