launcher console cannot be update ISTA APP.
you shared to us is ISTA 4.46.1x.
but your registry is 4.46.50 APP.

If you can share how to update,we are very happy.
but it is secret that I give up.

How did you manage to download TesterGUI.rar?
My Windows Defender say that it found threats Trojancript/Wacatac.B!ml and delete the file.

Windows Defender also tells me that it is a virus.
Disable Windows Defender temporarily and download it

Now the ISTA D V4.46.14 Standalone can start program now 

Thank a lot , 

But i still not luck , now show other error note , when i connect the ICOM ( updated Firmware ) got power 

Any can help me , what wrong problem ?
