If you get it from the BMW TIS site then I believe you need to have a valid AOS/offline license like I mention before from DavyG as you will require the launcher with license loaded.
If you have the latest service data, I'm not overly sure what the need is to have the latest 4.38.xx software directly - some people are still using Sedoy's 4.32.1x which didn't require license for example! |
