I was updated the ISTA D to 3.39.25 From 3.39.20 is completed 

Buy i try to update to  3.39.36 is not successful



What is my wrong , Please help me , i was trying about 3 hours ago and reading the post 1 to 18 pages many time , but still not understand

I would suggest that you gonna post the logfile of launcher. With your screenshots no one can say something.

In the last lines of your logfile you can read that 'BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_DELTA_zh-CN_4.39.31' file is missing. Get it, place it inside the updatedirectory and run the launcher again. Inside the logfile you can really easily find out what is going wrong. So if you still gonna have trouble always have a look at the file first.
