e60 cruise control system works with this modules: szl, kombi, dsc, dde/dme. All this modules have to be flashed with the right software and the correct coding. This is a bad tune imho.

Yea, i just spoke to him in other forum and sent some files to test
The same thing I said, tuning is bad and I explained why

People seem to be happy with bad tunes running for years because they dont understand

The software  i test about 2 weeks i think. 

I don't have any map pack for winols , or how to compare .

Even no idea what was supposed to be consumption for this engine in same situation. 

And the strange things with my car, it's when I paid a local tuner with Dyno, car made 228hp with stock firmware ( i tested even injector on bench after - for faulty one - black smoke )
- and even gearbox changed .

I am sad. Mâine this car have other problem and don't appear.

2 files for you, one with chk and one without, just curious, with original file car starts? because this files are without dtc exclusion, and your previous has some dtc excluded.

2 times i see this car to not start - after i flash a tuned software (one its for you)

- the problem for me its smoke (no start problem)



-and without a tuned software, car start every time.

i can replicate no start when i flash with win ols - you have data and program, and if you mix a tuned software for athor software verison for this car - wil not start (buth here inpa cant comunicate with ecu to read errrors - with software made bt you, inpa comunicate with dde, buth no start)


ps- with last software- (tried the one with checksum) - car started. So i am sure you fix the incompatibility.

issue was checksum, kess clone can't do it in 1mb version, car starts and immediately after 1 second stops

what kind of smoke are you talking about ? the black smoke or white smoke ? on ori smokes too ? its AT transmission ? or Manual ?

Now because of to mutch bad software, some of theme with very high temperature, i think they brick some gasket from intake valve. Because after some idle car make white smoke.

The car make black smoke when you accelerate hard and continuous - not necessary 100 %.

When a tuner make a tune on Dyno for this car, car was making around 228hp with stock software map.

Car it's automatic.

Automatic... Mixing files is impossible, there are hex numbers O_****** that identifies all single file and also referenz 0089********. Only ecm titanium works with bosch numbers, worse thing ever, for each bosch sw number there are so many oem variants, so working with bosch idents is useless.

White smoke at idle can be also worse injection timing, it depends....

On ori - i don't have a proper dpf off. To test if it's ok. Because some tuners i think don't have the proper solution for this variant software of this car.
