my rns510 unit is giving me error when updating with DVD for Cd_8350 EAST

i am currently on FW 5238

and i tried to update from SD but although process starts and stays on 31% for about 30 min, after SWL SUCCESS, there's no map loaded on unit.

tried with MapsTool 2.0.2 ; 2.1.3 ; 0.8b

same problem.

what am i doing wrong ?

ps : pls recommend some dvd-writers for burning EU_sd_to_hdd_fw.iso (should i use CD or DVD) ?
