If you can get parts cheap enough and have the know how, you could update the system to the MMI 3GP and get maps from here for less than 2 years worth of updates from Audi!!!

I have Audi Q3 with RMC so it's impossible to update to 3GP  speechless

It's possible but depends how much money you're willing to spend - Q3 2011> is mentioned in this link:

THis is to update MMI 3G, not 3GP. Sure, it's better to collect parts yourself, it will be cheaper.
