can someoone help me doing immo off on this ecu ?

already tried with weboctopus but i get an error that the dump may already modified.
As far as i know it isnt.

Customer said Car is not starting, he is trying to bring the Car to me.

Story of the Car:
Customer went to pick up his son from swimming, parked the Car, collected his son and than the Car doesnt start anymore, is running for 1 sec or 2 and than turn off. Key/Immo is blinking in Dashboard,
after tryin to start the Car more than 8-10 times the Car will run permanently.

After the Car was running he took it to a FIAT Workshop, and they told him its an ECU Problem.
So he asked me to turn off the immo.

If someone has an other solution or maybe an other idea whats wrong with the car pls tell us.

i saw that my rocketdump subscription is active until december, i will try this solution next.

Rocketdump doesn't work too

in ECU still remains no SKIM stored and Car doesnt start.

FunnyFact after 10-12 times sometimes the car start without this error in ECU

anyone have a solution or something ?
