Hi guys, I appreciate any advice regarding the deactivation of the TPMS on this Kadjar. I accessed the UCH and TB, and after disabling the TPMS in the TB, it shows an “Error PRG” message. I reастїvатёd the TPMS in the TB, but I still get the same “Error PRG” message.

1. UCH and TB disagree on the TPMS configuration.
   The UCH (Body Control Module) still expects to exchange TPMS data, but the TB configuration no longer matches, even though you reастїvатёd it. That mismatch flags a programming error.
   
2. Renolink 2.11 doesn’t always fully support 2017+ Kadjar ECUs.
   Renault started using newer UCH / TDB architectures (Continental / Visteon V2). If Renolink’s database or DLLs are outdated, writing config blocks can partially fail, leaving the TB in a “corrupted” or “inconsistent” state.
   
3. Checksum or write protection.
   Some clusters need a full re-write of the configuration area with checksum recalculated — if the TPMS bit is manually flipped without a proper checksum update, the ECU flags “PRG error”.
   

Try the following sequence:

1. Re-establish default coding:
   In Renolink, go to Tableau de Bord → Configuration → Read configuration → Save a backup.
   Then use Write configuration → select original file (if you saved before change).
   If you didn’t back it up, try “Restore default parameters” — sometimes listed as “Factory config”.
   
2. Power cycle the modules:
   After writing, switch ignition OFF for at least 2 minutes, then ON. Renault ECUs often require a full sleep/wake cycle to validate new configuration.
   
3. If still “Error PRG” → use DDT4All:
   Open the Kadjar dashboard ECU, locate the TPMS presence parameter and make sure both UCH and TDB have the same setting (either “present” or “absent”).
   Then perform a write + reset ECU.
   
4. Re-sync VIN and coding if needed:
   In rare cases, you’ll need to rewrite VIN to TDB or perform a “coding verification” with Clip or Renolink 2.20+ to clear PRG error
