What is the procedure?

1.) Buy a 64GB SDCard (µSD with SD Adapter is just fine)
2.) Format the SDCard with FAT32 (use the fat32formatter.exe in the Tools directory, make sure all Windows Explorers are closed or the program will exit with an error)
If you have problems using this program try using guiformat:

3.) Install FordActivator.apk on your Android phone and put SD-Card into the Android device! (Make sure to NOT use an OTG Adapter, you need to use the internal SD-Card Slot of your Android Device, otherwise the tool will not work!)
4.) Run FordActivator on the Android Phone (>= Android 5.0)
5.) Put SD-Card into PC and first remove all Android Files! (DO NOT REMOVE SdCard.key!!!!)
6.) Copy all Contents of the original SD to your own created SDCard
7.) Have fun!

It copies itself to any card of 32GB and uses GenFordKey.exe included (card serial number without 0x prefix, as it is displayed in the app an Android phone SD-Booster) to generate SdCard.key. This file is copied directly to the card.





Info: To save space, you can delete directories voice recognition, keeping at least ENG (SDCARD \\ \ Nuance \ VCA \ data \ *) and root DONTINDX.MSA to delete the file so they can play music on the card .

Ñõåìà îäèíàêîâà äëÿ âñåõ ðåëèçîâ êàðò è ïðîøèâîê.
1)Âûáèðàåì ôëåøêó äëÿ êîïèðîâàíèÿ. Îáúåì 32 Ãá. Ìîæíî ïîëíîðàçìåðíóþ èëè microSD ñ àäàïòåðîì.
Æåëàòåëüíî "Class 10" è áîëåå, íî è 4 ïîéä¸ò.
Ôîðìàòèðóåì â FAT32.
2)Ðàñïàêîâûâàåì àðõèâ ExtractToSD.rar íà ôëåøêó.
×òî áû âëåçëî íà 32Ãá óáðàíû ÿçûêè DUN,PTP è TRT èç äàííûõ ãîëîñîâîãî ðàñïîçíàâàíèÿ (\\SDCARD\Nuance\VCA\data\*)
3)Îñíîâíàÿ ïðîáëåìà - Íóæíî ïðî÷åñòü Serial number èç CID íîâîé SD êàðòû ëþáûì ïîäðó÷íûì ñðåäñòâîì.
Äëÿ ÷òåíèÿ êàòåãîðè÷åñêè íå ïîäîéäóò USB êàðòðèäåðû.
 áîëüøèíñòâå ñëó÷àåâ íå ïîäîéäóò âñòðîåííûå â êîìïû è íîóòû êàðòðèäåðû èáî îíè ðàáîòàþò ÷åðåç USB.
Òî ÷òî íàïèñàíî íà êàðòå ìåëêèìè áóêâàìè òî æå íå ïîìîæåò.
Ïîäõîäÿò íå USB êàðòðèäåðû, íàâèãàòîðû è òåëåôîíû (äàëåêî íå âñå - êàêèå èìåííî ñëîæíî ñêàçàòü)
ß èñïîëüçîâàë ñòàðûé WinCE íàâèãàòîð è ïðîãðàìêó PPC_Card_ID.exe (ïðèëàãàåòñÿ)
Ìîæíî íàâåðíîå îáðàòèòüñÿ ê ïðîäàâöàì íàâèãàòîðîâ åñëè ÷òî.
4)Çàïóñêàåì GenFordKey.exe
Âñêàðìëèâàåì åìó Serial ID, íàæèìàåì êíîïî÷êó è â òåêóùåì êàòàëîãå ñîçäà¸òñÿ SdCard.Key êîòîðûé íóæíî ñêîïèðîâàòü â êîðåíü ôëåøêè.
5)Èñïîëüçóåì ôëåøêó ïî íàçíà÷åíèþ. Ïðè âûõîäå íîâûõ ðåëèçîâ îáíîâëÿåì ôàéëû - êëþ÷ îñòàåòñÿ òîò æå.

This file is then copied directly to SdCard.key card.
Cards are approved at a Ford Kuga and works as 100% correct, if keylor generate and insert the card without first 2 numbers show 0x, these cards will fit to fit a standard 32GB card

Do I need to change anything in APIM as-built data with forscan? For example to change region from US to EU
