Originaly the key must be 4d70 and the car is euro type
And in your dump there is 1 key used

@raffy checking your dump when you added key it may be you have made error. although i have not tested the assumed correction can you check

Some times on toyota when you turn ignition on the immo led still on
You need to turn ignition on off 5 times
And then it should turn off the immo
Please try it
Also can you please post picture of your key data
And i think i made error from comparing your dump with my dump when i made transponder
But i need the all line data in page 3 from your key data
If you can post picture or write it please
And tommorrow i will try to fix the dump
