Hello:

I have found a stage 1 tune file on forums here and attempted to import the maps via OLS and transfer over to my existing ECU Dump

Donor tune is from 540i v8 me7.2
My vehicle is as well a BMW 540i v8 me7.2

When I import the maps and update the bin file

I flash to my backup DME and car will fire and then die.
Upon reading codes I have throttle positioning error. If anyone can lend input on how to resolve that would be AMAZING


I also found DAMOS for my car (well from e53 x5 with my motor and DME) When I attempt to import the maps from this DAMOS I also get the throttle positioning error.

I believe I am doing something incorrectly in my process

Also here is the tune I have found

It is only a partial pulled flash from Galletto totalling 64kb instead of 512kb

I imported to OLS

then tried to import maps from tune ontop of my existing working bin

once transferring maps to my existing bin and attempting to flash to DME flash is OK

go to plug into car and start

Car will turn over motor will fire and attempt to idle then die

reading codes is as stated above throttle positioning error
