Im from munich (germany). using china opcom (sry, dont know the FW) yesterday i tried to clear the faults but they came back. can you tell me if there is a special order in resetting and reprogramming the units? and i still cant reset or program the speedometer. everytime it fails. i tried it on other car (corsa c) and it worked so i think my opcom is working. do you know which units are connected in the CAN-BUS? i think that maybe there is something wrong. i opened the cables from the the ECM and Easytronic to look if there is a problem, but was all good. i saw that the CAN-BUS is from ECM to Easytronic and from Easytronic to BCM. but i could only check half of the cable "easytronic to BCM" because the cable going under the windshield. do you think that maybe there is something wrong? should i remove the whole cable with the BCM? |

And what fault codes you have in Instrument.........? 1)From the looks of your fault it looks like you BCM is been reset and could be not programed as it should be on the CAN System.. 2) Also your BCM and the Instrument Cluster are not matching with your Engine ECU in this case ECU is not happy... P1615 - (0) Wrong Vehicle ID from Body Control Module - Present P1616 - (0) Wrong Vehicle ID from Instrument Control Module - Present... As I said the best way to help you is to vis Team Viewer... But fault codes in ECM were still present. And then i try to reset and program it in the meriva, the code came back. Is it normal that the BCM has only the last 8 digits from the VIN? Because i can not program the full VIN in the BCM. Thanks for your help. I send you a message when i m at the car, so we can try it with team viewer. |

I had same issues with corsa c and there was a split in can comms wire. If mine or others posts and info are helpful please give thanks/rep
