Hi all,

Me again regarding MINI FRM3. Ordered genuine Mini FRM3. All works great except power windows. Seems like facelift R56 has power window motors with hall sensors. My car doesn't have it. Now power windows work the opposite way and shocks can't teach them. any coding i missed? just remove .txt from attachment.

Did you code it with blank .man file in NCS?

That usually does the trick.

Yes that was first step after I discovered that power windows didn’t work.

after a quick look at ETK for Mini with FRM2 and FRM3 , unfortunately the window motor In FRM2 version has only 2 pins while the window motor in FRM3 has 5 pins . it could be that they don't effect the functionality but could be also that FRM3 is excepting some signal from motor to operate .

Yes, but didn’t succeed. When doing that I can only move window for approx 1 cm.

I've seen that symptom, with wrong firmware.

I remember having a MINI with FRM2 that got replaced with FRM3, job done by BMW. It was FRM3.C33, i think. 
All worked fine. Can't remember if it was AHL or not.
