Only if i set icom to dhcp, and local network adapter to 192.168.68.85 and 255.255.255.0 mask it appears with icom ip 192.168.68.85
Can calculate programming plan also so connection seems fine. But will it program headunit though? I cannot try with this car as it is too manipulated to do programming on. - Remote coding & programming - F 8HP45/50/70/75 ISN reset remote

That is not my intention. I wish to use ISTA to do full update with icom as always.
I have a spare icom Next at me now that i can set your Settings with and it works, but with my other that fails programming with router, and ii put identical icom Settings with static ip 192.168.68.85, i am getting a ip 169.254.94.226? The other icom with exact same Settings gets the static ip it is configured with and connects ok? Could it be faulty? - Remote coding & programming - F 8HP45/50/70/75 ISN reset remote

If you use router set it to factory setup. Icom to dhcp, and ethernetcard from laptop on automatic ip adres. First start router wait 2min, connect icom wait 2min. Then connect icom to router and laptop to router.
