hi i have a 2014 mazda axela that came in with fault code b1193 crash event storage. the customer said he doesnt think it has been in a crash and the light  just came on(i think it may have prior to import because pre tensioner plug is broken and has over spray on it) i read the eprom via obd with tatrix cable and air bag tool software it would read the file successfully and cleared the fault but would fail on the write so i removed the ecu and read it on the bench via can with 500 ohm resistor when i did this it would read and write i have had both read files reset as they are different each read. when i refit module the crash data is gone and no fault codes are shown.
after i reset the data i check all airbag systems are operating by inducing a fault (unplugging sensors) i then check live data and faults stored in this car all systems are working except passengers side air bag and pre tensioner if i unplug the passengers side airbag and  pre tensioner the live data goes from 2.6 ohms to 0 ohms but no fault is stored and no check light all other airbags go from 2.6 up to 68 ohms and set a fault and check light it is the same with both cleared files written to the module . i would normally just fit a used module but none are available at the moment and mazda said a new one can be up to 6 weeks at the moment.
the module part number is B45A-57K30A 
any help would be much appreciated as i am new to the airbag reset game

hi thanks i ended writing the original crash file read through obd back into it to check and found that the side airbag still isnt working properly so i think the module may of been replaced before and never had side airbags i think if i can find another car with the same ecu and grab a dump from that i can load it into mine to make it work
