Dacia Dokker 1.5 Dci Starts and cuts out nightmare
Hello Dacia Dokker 2012 1.5 Dci.
Car starts and stalls immediately.

Diagnostic
DTC00875  Fuel Pressure Too High, Regulation Rail Pressure Function Component Blocked.

DTC000172 Regulation Fuel Flow circuit, Parameter at minimum.

Monitoring parameters, car reaches the requiered fuel pressure to start 290 bar, but then raises to 1800, 2000 bar. I think the car cuts out because excessive fuel pressure.
Then the car doesnt start until you wait the fuel pressure drops, and then again starts only 1 time, for 1 second and stalls.

Opened injectors 1 by 1, to purge air.
Replaced new fuel pressure regulator on top of pump.
Replaced new fuel pressure sensor on rail
Tested Disconnecting MAF, EGR, Throttle.
Replaced Fuel Filter
Replaced Engine ECU edc17c42

Tested fuel gets to injectors.
Tested fuel pressure regulator out of car, the 2 of them :
The internal spring moves applying and cutting 12 Volt.
Resistance of sensor out of car , 1 gives 2.6 ohm, the other 3 ohms.

The fuel pressure regulator connector on top of pump gets 12V and ground with ignition.

Could be bad injector? But if injector was always open, the pressure would be low, not high ?
Could be high pressure pump ?

Any experience with this 1.5 Dci.. ??
Anyone has wiring diagrams ?? Getting lost with this car...

During starter,in couple of seconds rail pressure should raise until reach starting point around 300 bars.Take a look of rail presion while starter stops(engine not running)...the pression must drop imidiately. If stays..for seconds..300bars...280 bars....265 bars...and so one..means injectors are clogged.
look for metal filings
once I found that I had rubbed wiring above the starter. You need to unplug the wiring and check carefully
it is very misleading

RE: Dacia Dokker 1.5 Dci Starts and cuts out nightmare
Hello today i tested, even with the two sensors disconnected, this is the rail pressure sensor and the regulator sensor on top of the pump,  cant delete faults... ( I delete and they appear at the moment when i read codes, also tested cicling ignition, they appear immediately)

I also tested the plug that goes to the rail sensor, 3 pins has +5V,+5V ,Ground,  with the sensor plugged in and ignition on , with diagnostic 0.5 V so i think its good connection also.

About the fuel pressure i attach a link to video, with ignition on, and cranking, it stalls and i wait till pressure goes down. Tell me what do you think.

I would like to check the wiring diagram but didnt find any diagram for Dokker 2014 1.5 Dci Anyway as i can read pressure and connectors have correct measures i dont think its the wiring ???

I cloned the ecu, maybe the original had its flash or eeprom corrupt , and so i cloned the fault also but didnt give any checksum errors?¿?

Could be maybe timing skipped 1 tooth or half tooth? But this wouldnt throw fuel pressure errors??

About the possibility the fuel pump is working incorrectly, i think if that was the case and fuel pump dead, it would be the opposite and fault would be low pressure, not high ?

Also found Dtc DF1068 about refrigerant pressure, but i disconnected the air conditioning pressure switch and still the same...

I tried also with can clip, to adapt fuel pump and fuel pressure values, nothing , the same.

RE: Dacia Dokker 1.5 Dci Starts and cuts out nightmare
indeed weird stuff...do you have possibility to check the pump(on bench)?
Are you sure that you don't have wirings rubbed to each other or a + rubbed to some metallic component and gives you"full throttle"conditions?
I have told you,I found wiring rubbed above the engine starter, not easy to find, you have to disconnect cables and cut the wiring harness
