I have one problem with my MMI 3G HDD ( Audi A4 2010 )

Five mouths ago, i go to my Audi Dealer to update my 2010 maps to 2014 maps. But something was wrong and the MMI died. After so many discussions, Audi order a new MMI.

But unfortunately, the problems remains.

On MMI i have the 2014 maps ( 8R0 060 884 BK ) - HNav_EU_K0257_5_D1

Train Version: K0257 - Mu Software: 0187.

But after i connect my vagcom i see this:

In Radio show 4G0 035 056 H ( ETKA inform that is for radios LOW II ) but i have MMI 3G HDD - Radio High

Audi tell me that they all the updates possible.

Can anyone help ? My car went to Audi dealer 8 times, and no solution!!!!

Your MMI is ok, but radio modul is not flashed correctly, you need reflash radio again, not MMI or change radio modul have had similar problem with unfinished radio flashing fixed by new reflash of radio using SD card put to mmi

Ok I have understand it needed to reflash firmware of module 56 radio with sd card under user defined update...
But what menu must be choised in the list of update menu (9398...9469...) ?

Try "dtc method" via green menu, it may help sometimes!

Yes, but was 73 the number for this error under qualified dts? If yes, no luck then.
