SOLVED !!!

here is explanation...

dialogue ''ENTER CODE'' needs 4 digits, but I have not them.
solution:
Push at same time and hold SRC+MUTE buttons ( MUTE is actually PWR)
than is activated dialogue '' ENTER SUPER CODE'' and it need 6 digits !!!
enter 123456
UNLOCKED !!
After that, hold SRC, go to SETUP, go to MISC and activate ''load factory''
NAVI will not ask for code.
