Map update has nothing in common with the Bose sound system, your unit has already the latest firmware and no update possible.
When you insert your SD card with the map, on the update screen it must to have Y, this is telling you that all files will be updated... NBT EVO Apple CarPlay Full Screen, Navigation, Video in Motion, SSH, CP

That part has ? next to it....never seen that before. Would expect Y, N or N/A....but just the Question Mark...... When you go into the map folder, there are no files (0) in all the fields. Enter each one and tick it, after... it should say Y instead of N, and in main menu list at ECE, it should say Y instead of ?

MMI 3G Map = 37.8 GB
HN+ Map = 31.3 GB Can anyone explain me what is difference between those 2? I have HN+_EU_AU3G_P0814 Do I need HN+ map? probably yes but is says this is MMI 3G+ multimedia. Little bit confusing. |
