oh really you are mistaken mate. That junk of a program is nothing then an xml reader and 7z unpacker+downloader with a "nice" GUI.
You can use it even localy if you know how.

SD Creator is useless if you don't have access to mirrorserver - the purpose of SD creator is to download the encrypted zip files from the mirrorserver, extract on your computer and copy to target SD card.
If you have the zipped archives and you know the password, you can simply extract these by yourself.
