Icom next with old refference have 256 or 512 RAM? I mean also 512
I think the only difference is usb metal cover Im remember old icom is called for service for remplace this plate. Please, Press the Buttons

The updated version of the ICOM Next unit has the following changes made: The aluminum plate on the ICOM aluminum body was replaced with a larger cut for LAN connector, hence flowing current in contour “PC – ICOM – Vehicle” is not possible anymore. With the larger cut, the insulation of the LAN connector from the ICOM unit body was guaranteed. An additional ground connection for the connector to the vehicle with a polyswitch “automatic” fuse has been added. If the difference of potentials reach 10 to 20 V, this fuse will save the ICOM unit and “restore”, as soon the problem will be gone. In this situation no invasive maintenance or repair is necessary.
