Coapi 2062 trying to FA WRITE
I was asked to code hifi to a CAPPL on an E60, the guy thought his NCS setup was wrong but I found the car couldn't read the FA list and threw a coapi fault, I've since got in with an SSD file. I can read and write to the CAS but when I tried to FA_WRITE the rebuilt FA list from the loaded SSD file I get a COAPI 2062 error that I've attached.
He has no history on the car so I can only assume some clonging or dodgy map has taken place, I also can't load the car vis his light module, and again am unable to write the FA to the LMA as I also tried and it threw an error. The light module config can be read and written back. He is happy using the SSD file to gain access for coding but I'd like to know if anything can be done to write the FA to the car so he doesn't need the SSD file method each time. thanks. |

RE: Coapi 2062 trying to FA WRITE
The VIN is correct on both CAS and LMA, and also shown on AIF for the respective modules, right?
Otherwise I suggest to flash the modules first with correct VIN with and subsequently provide the SSD with FA_schreiben, and code to default. Click Thanks and Reputationif this post helped you.

RE: Coapi 2062 trying to FA WRITE
Yes, all correct, as it happens the file posted on here after I asked worked a treat, my mates didn't
I edited the date back to 2007 and cracked on earlier, all sorted. |
