0x2E3B (11835) (0x23)  this is  dtc error code 
Ews protection against manipulation .

Or "virginized" so I can  resync'd with the existing EWS
I have eeprom and flash from pcmflash in boot 
If need to pay for solution just let me know. but need to make car running . Thx

this is as original as i could get , what is crypted ecu mean

is this ori ecu from car or are you trying to addapt a donor to the car?

also in both of your eeeprom files im missing the file header,
