CAS3+ ISN NOK
Hi!
Customer got a car from auction, CAS3+ doesn't want to read over OBD. CAS3+ editor shows the ISN is NOK

Have you seen this before? Is just a matter to read the ISN from the DME and change it on the CAS?

Yeah, weird.

Car came for police auction, one of the DME connector was broken, correct VIN on DME. CAS bolt wasn't fully tightened, and could not be read over OBD.

Maybe they tried replacing the DME? Is a MSD81.

Guess someone messed up with this CAS before? All the board was perfectly laquered, no corrosion. But mileage for the car looked weirdly low for the wear and tear on the driver seat.

PS: What software do you use? Have VVDI KTP, Autel IM508 and Abrites, not sure what is what you use for these units.

reason not reading in obd is that cas is in boot mode and as eddy did say its crypto
as for tools i use various original software

so ask your self this what is ori to car ecu, keys, cas?
because decrypting cas with isn that dont belong to this car is useless
