Hi,

Would anybody have solution to eliminate frequent and random limps on a Toyota Dyna 3.0 106kW from 2012?
Even with Swiftec support's solution the car goes into limp in every 1-2-300 kms without any single DTC. DPF icon is blinking and soot does not want to stay 0.

The ECU is Denso 76F00XX:
Calibration: 32532100 A2501000
Calibration file: 89663-25321
Hardware: KDY2 - 1KDFTV

I've tried almost the same already, from regen point of view it's completely ok, since it does not do regeneration at all, even though random limp comes frequently without DTC.
Is there a liml tl somewhere?

IIRC I've also tried this solution too, it's just slightly different then the one posted above.
Do you know anything like a limp torque limiter there?
