Second, PATS. (make sure you have 2 keys to program)
If needed, you can Flash the new ECU.

except the Flash procedure, you can use ForScan
to Flash, you can use IDS (VxDiag works fine)

Hi,

PMI procedure not performed due to FEPS error. I did not measure 18V on pin 13 during this procedure.
What exactly does this PMI do? Can't I do PATS directly?
