Hi,

I readout my CAS with R270 tool i read eeprom and flash.

I change milage into eeprom and write it back, til that point no problem.

When connect cas into car, the cas not taking key and not possible to put ignition, its death.

When i connect back with R270 i can read and write without issue, but in car cas stay death.

Maby can someone check my original files that i read maby something is wrong

Part of cas is 61326972689 (5WK48020A)

In original file is KM 363xxx if file is corrupt can someone put 333530 in or something because i think problem is in files and not in cas self because r270 can read and write, and in car cas get power but not hold key and not go on ignition its as death as hell.

think your problem in reading flash! dont do that without reason, this operation corrupts flash
now try to find any working flash, programm it with r270 and then flash with winkfp right zb number

In first i did only read eeprom and change kM AND WRITE  eeprom back after that is was death

When i write your eeprom and flash my keý's still stored? or are this not in flash or eeprom?

why your flash is 256kb instead of 2mb ?? is your cas answers in diagnose? (you dont need key inside for this)

dont try to put my files in cas, it is from 0k50e mcu

No in diagnose its complete death,

With R270 256kb is flash i read

So that should be 2MB?

R270 reconize cas as 2K79X

yes, flash should be 2mb! i check prod date of car, it is 2006 so cas really 2k79x, its ok.
so as i said first your problem in corrupted flash.

I read with CG Prog Now, and also 256KB, CG prog tells 256KB is the flash file the PFLASH

sry, my fault, pflash is 256kb right. In first post dump are ori first read?

But when i load this file in CG prog it tells KM are invalid so maby eeprom file is fucked by R270

how i see key info are not corrupted, we can try to repair dump by working one.
btw vvdi2 calc didnt blame your dump, show vin, km and keys

next time when reading with r270 - try few times and compare files ))
