UPA original works perfectly on FRM3 imho, but CAS is not really possible without third party upgrade.

Xprog 5.55 clone is shit with everything, I have 0% success rate with any processor.

I have repaired hundreds of FRM3's with UPA. Not a single verify failure, maybe 3 that were not formattable but also not by other tools so not the fault of UPA.. Are you sure you have an original?
Xprog 5.55 is useless, does not even work once, but you can downgrade to 5.51 which works 100%.

Which original tools can reliable and stable read and write frm3 and cas3? Does it require external supply or is usb sufficient?

So far tried original upa usb, clone xprog and clone orange5 with no luck and I’m sick and tired of the clones.

mini acdp is a great tool, very reliable

I used XProg 6.12 and worked like a charm there's a youtube clip as-well

As far as have enough expirience with CG pro is shit with frm. What sequence u use with cg? because for me is not comfortable at all and plus you need to solder one more wire on different side of board.

I agree 100% . Cgpro cannot read dflash from frm which  this way repair the eeprom

I dare to disagree. clone 5.55 has already made more than a dozen, if not a hundred frms, never had a problem. Of course, not much has been done cas, but with proper connection and external power supply there have never been any problems.

XHorse multiprog for FRM's. Fast and reliable. For CAS, I'm mot sure. tested one unit, but received different file from different read.
